Colored multi-tipped tablet

Multi-tipped tablets are small in size, about 3.0 to 3.5mm in diameter, which makes it difficult to manufacture. It must be proportioned and prescribed differently as from making other tablets to avoid weight deviation and easily compressed under low pressure.

This form development technology that resolves these problems, and at the same time, add natural colors, up to 3 and 4, and phytochemicals and does not change color over time. It poses less burden on the stomach and is digested more quickly.

Foaming technology

Provides the same sensation as carbonated drinks as sodium hydrogen carbonate (soda) and citric acid are dissolved in the water and produce bubbles.

Once in water, foaming tablets are fully dissolved after 60 to 90 seconds. As for the powder stick, the foaming occurs on the bottom of the container which prevents the powder from accumulating on the inner wall of the container and keeps the water transparent.

To prevent carbon dioxide build up after packing and react with citric acid, the sodium hydrogen carbonate particles are coated. It also gives the product longer expiration period.

Troche tablet development technology

Troche tablets are for children and elders who may have difficulty swallowing or chewing, which are designed to slowly melt in their mouths. These tablets require higher compression pressure and must be made of fine powder, such as isomalt, sorbitol, palatinose and other alcohol sugars to offer smooth sensation.
